We are a large family business with strong values and we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and on our after-sales service. A Seller refurbished product offers massive savings to normal shop prices however the performance of the product is the same as a brand new product. Items may have small cosmetic markings and/or small signs of use, meaning you save ££'s.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery times stated in the listing are for the UK Mainland only but please note that some areas such as Scottish Highlands and anywhere crossing the water may operate a 2-3 day service.
For all UK Mainland orders we use YODEL to deliver Mon - Sat.
Order Mon - Fri before 1pm :- Dispatched same day.
Order Mon - Fri after 1pm :- Dispatched next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm Fri or placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday. (excluding bank holidays when orders will be dispatched on the Tues for Delivery Weds/Thursday)
Collection is available from our Warehouse in Dunstable, Beds before 3.30pm Monday to Friday and before 12.30pm on Saturday and you would need to bring with you the eBay ID it was purchased under, as we use an automated system can you please ensure you call/email us to confirm the item does not get sent out before the collection please.
GUARANTEE & PRODUCT CARE
Your purchase is covered by a 12 months Direct Vacuums return to base guarantee* which means if during the first 12 months of purchase the vacuum develops a fault simply return the product to us and we will repair it and return it to you free of charge.
To claim on your guarantee all you need to do is contact us via email or phone with the problem. 
Guarantee includes mechanical faults, but does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear (such as worn out brushes, filters, belts or batteries), wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use other than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out by yourself or any 3rd party without prior approval from Direct-Vacuums in writing.
To keep your item in the best possible working order we recommend visiting the manufacturers website to download the user manual and following the manufacturer’s guidelines for product care and maintenance.
RETURNS
In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations, we give you 14 days to cancel or change your mind from the date you purchas any item. Should you decide you no longer want the item we will cancel it and issue you with a full refund upon return. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in.
In compliance with the Sale Of Goods Act, returns period extends to 30 days for faulty or defective items, see warranty T&C's thereafter.
LEGAL INFORMATION
1.  Warranties and Liabilities
a.     The Company warrants that the Goods which are supplied will at the time of delivery correspond to the description which was given to the Buyer however all other warranties which are implied under the general law will be excluded.
b.     If the Goods are in such a state as would but for this condition entitle the Buyer to repudiate the contract and or claim damages from the Company, the Company reserves the right to repair or replace the Goods.
c.     The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damages, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Company's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without the Company's approval.
2.  Exclusion of Consequential Loss
a.     The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the Buyer whether this loss arises from breach of a duty in contract or tort or in any other way (including loss arising from the Company's negligence). Non-exhaustive illustrations of consequential or indirect loss would be:
i.        loss of profits/earnings,
ii.        loss of time,
iii.        damage to property of the Buyer or anyone else and
iv.        personal injury to the Buyer or anyone else (except so far as such injury is attributable to the Company's negligence).
b.     Without prejudice to the generality of clause (a) above in no circumstances shall the aggregate amount of damages payable by the Company to the Buyer in respect of the Goods exceed the price of the Goods themselves.
c.     It shall be the duty of the Buyer to take out and thereafter maintain a policy of insurance against such consequential or indirect loss and to hold the Company harmless therefore.
d.     *Please note: Every effort will be taken to have your order delivered within the above timeframes however Direct Vacuums (A subsidiary of A P Taylor LTD) accept no liability for consequential loss, damage or out of pocket expenses as a result of missed promise dates.
3.  Orders and Specifications
a.     The Company reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable statutory or EU requirements or, where the Goods are to be supplied to the Company's specification, which do not materially affect their quality or performance other than to rectify or improve the functionality of the product or to substitute required parts.
